Welcome

We all need relationship help at times.

It is so hard to try to solve it on your own, and I’m sure you’ve tried-maybe countless times. There is nothing wrong with reaching out for help, even when it feels scary or like a last resort.

Hi. I’m Janet Robertson.

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of New Hampshire.

Even the strongest relationships can suffer at times. If you’re experiencing struggles with communication and intimacy, you are not alone.  You don't have to try to solve this all on your own.

As an Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist with a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy,  I can be that guide for you to find each other again.

What is EFT?

EFT Couples Therapy does not involve rehashing past arguments and creating conflict. Instead, it is about discovering new ways of interacting in session. This approach, primarily developed by Dr. Sue Johnson, helps you identify the emotional responses and patterns that keep you stuck in negative cycles with your partner.

It is clinically proven to help you deepen your understanding of one another and strengthen your connection so you can support one another through life’s ups and downs.

Why I love working from
an EFT approach.
